Incredible news. Any news what brands of steering wheel it will support? Still no Logitech?
Don't usually like Nintendo, my very last one was the 64 because it had the best designed and most cohesive control pad ever.
You just can't kill off Mario, it's like deleting Mickey Mouse from Disney.
Outward assumption and lack of knowledge behind the content/purpose is also a ruining factor.
Good acting is just "a" part of what makes Uncharted 3 ( along with Drake's Fortune and Among Thieves ).
NaughtyDog as a whole and the people behind it and what they have done to define the entire Uncharted Series is what made it work.
Yes they are very *sailfish.. and a typical Chinese business trait - plagiarism.
Not a happy Australian consumer.
Yes almost everything is ridiculously priced and not only gaming, that is why I buy most of my stuff from overseas.. even the things I wear for goodness sake.
Too expensive and a LOT of Uncaring, Opportunistic people/companies/corporations.
Seriously?!.. copied?, similarities?, took inspiration?, honestly now I'm sure Bermuda Project never even crossed anyone's mind at NaughtyDog's cover art department.
PS3 is the definite game-console winner. They simply had the best quality and most progressive/historic games in every age category.
I feel really happy to see those developers of racing games in general who are pushing to improve and progress on the really important background stuff that we may all take for granted in this genre.
Just hope to see them all incorporated sometime in the very near future. ( like the perfect differing weather sim, great night lighting for cars and surroundings, real-world tarmac imperfections, vehicle crashes, glass breakage, bodywork crumple physics.. ) any others?
I like the thought of driving in the open space with no barriers to distract your journey, so I'm definitely going to give this a go. Am sure the physics will be the same as that of Forza 4 which I don't mind at all.
Also like the new cars on offer.
Used to play this a lot on my original XBox. Brilliant game, the thought of having to find then confront and take photos of ghosts' close hand to get clues and go forward in the game gives you the goosebumps.
I really wish MS and Sony would get Tecmo to develop a new Fatal Frame/Project Zero for the XBox 720 and PS4.
That sentence is very misleading and far-fetched me'thinks.
It is quite small and a lot sleeker too. I'll hang onto my original PS3 which still has tons of space on the HDD and wait for the PS4.
Don't believe it has to be violent. Good example - Journey.
It's all about the story that matters, and a very good compelling story will always garner a lot of audience.
Great that the developers of Tomb Raider have realized this, and I think this series will be the best of all.
Totally disagree with his first sentence though that he's "not" comfortable with the direction Uncharted 3 has taken - which is being both cinematic and interactive at the same time.
I'm pretty sure most or all developers of this type of genre are aspiring to break this format.
And a huge *Thank You to the scriptwriters especially and all those concerned at NaughtyDog for bringing it and moving the goal post forward.
Same opinion here, totally agree.
Seen the screenshots and the trailer - Loving it definitely! Now hope someone posts more in-game video footage.
I noticed with a lot of racing games they tend to forget there is another spectacular racing event that has not been given credit - Japan Super GT 300 and 500 Series, sure we've seen some cars in GranTurismo and others but not the really good stuff especially now their line-up ( in the real world race event ) is just mouth-watering.
Think it will just add more mystic/historic fame to the entire Uncharted series on how it changed and moved ahead the goal post for gaming in general.
Trailer vid looks spectacular. There was I think one or two couple of seconds of in-game footage, also looking brilliant.
I'm pretty sure the Indiana Jones movies was the inspiration to do Tomb Raider the game series, but to entice the gaming audience during those times which would be still male dominated was to make a switch to a female character. The only problem afterwards was the game franchise really didn't evolve as quickly and now fast-forward to the Uncharted series they showed how it is done and more so switch back to the re-booted version of Tomb Raider this gave them the inspiration to do just...
